Will 26" road bike rims work on my 27" rim road bike?
I want to buy some high performance road bike wheels but my bike uses 27" rims and most wheels that I like tend to be 26".

Nearly all high performance road wheels will be 700c (similar to 27")
The only 26" road wheels are designed for triathlon and time trial bikes as well as a few very small women's road frames.
A 26" wheel will fit on a road bike, but the brakes will not line up with the rim.

there are no 26" road wheels
they are WAY smaller than 27" anyway
your pedals would probably hit the ground

Not if you want brakes.
