Bang.... just no, no way.
India, many pockets of vast wealth are there, air travel is abundant, servants easy to get. Very extensive international standards and products widely available. Public spaces very dirty and disorganized, corrupt govt.
Nepal... a mini India, one small airport, easy to get servants, not much internationalization.
Bhutan... very stable society, very sensible govt., One airport, low internationalization, sturdy independent people also speak English. Super clean. Buddhist.
I would take Bhutan, but lavish life style there would be resented locally.
A clean and isolated part of India would be tolerable.
