Is this a gramatically correct question?
If there are only 2 people in a chatroom, and one of them asks: "Just us?"
I'm asking because there's clearly no one around, and they ask this?

There is nothing grammatically incorrect about that question. Let us say I asked you, " Do you know who will be going?" Let us say you did not and you answered my question with a question, "Just us?"
It would be perfectly clear what was meant.
As an aside:
I'm curious. Why is it clear that no one else is around? There are other modes: Incognito, hidden, listening and so on. You could have 10 people in the room and see only two names.

How many times are you going to ask this? Get some new material.

Technically, no. It doesn't have a predicate, and a verb working together.
