Must get that Lunux off and put a Proper OS on. Use a drive erasing program then clean install.

You're going to want to download something like Finnix http://www.finnix.org/ . It is around 117 MB total; either you will want to burn it to a CD or create a LiveUSB with Lili http://www.linuxliveusb.com/ or UNetbootin http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/ . Boot into the CD or USB, which will take you into the live environment.
From there you will want to load up Gparted (which should be there) and delete the Linux Partition. If Gparted is not there, the open a terminal (xterm) and input :
apt-get install gparted
WARNING : Make sure that you delete the correct partition! Not the Windows Partition.
After you have removed the Linux partition, the /boot directory will no longer be there which is where GRUB (the boot loader is pointing to). Thus you will be required to install the bootload again, however this time it will be Lilo (LInux LOader). According to the Finnix site, Lilo is already there.
Within xterm input:
lilo -M /dev/sda mbr
This is telling lilo to fix the MBR (master boot record), where sda will be your main HDD. Since Linux is no longer present, lilo will setup the MBR with windows only.
