What would an ideal world as envisioned by conservates/libertarians look like?

Conservatives are pretty different from libertarians. There are plenty of conservative 3rd world countries out there with little to no regulation, low taxes, and the Church having a strong influence on social politics, but I don't think there really are any truly libertarian countries though.

A conservative utopia would be the illusion of free-markets as socialism for the rich and strong corporatism hiding behind capitalism (basically what we have now)....the libertarian utopia would be real free-markets and real capitalism without a corporate controlled government, the individual would be in control.

Everyone is responsible and works hard. Unfortunately it's unrealistic, but it would be ideal.
