How come whenever I run for more than 1 hour in football my lower back starts hurting? How do I cure this?

    Try sleeping on the hard floor for a night or two with a soft layer to sleep on so it won't clog your blood.sleeping on the floor helps the back plus prevent scoliosis

    Possibly your lower back is weak, try workingout. There are quite a few excersises that target the lowerback pretty well.
