# Probability questions: help!!!?

1.) Odds are that ms.cone is home before 6pm. What is the probability that she will be home before 6pm on the next three days?

2.) if three cards are drawn from a standard deck of cards with no replacement, find the probability that all of them will be face cards.

3.) how many ways can 7 people be seated around a circular table if Kelly and Tim must be seated next to each other?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Please tell me how you got your answer as well!

1.) assuming that "odds are" mean greater than 50%, also assuming that the time she comes home on one day is independent of the time she comes home on other days. Then the probability is greater than 1/2*1/2*1/2 = 1/8

2.) There are 12 face cards in a deck of 52 cards so the probability is 12/52*11/51*10/50 = 11/1105

3.) Kelly can be to the left or right of Tim and there are 5 other people so there are 2*5! = 240 ways that they can be seated.
