What might happen if a narcissist fails to seduce?

If he's been trying for a LONG time to seduce someone and they just aren't taking the bait, how might he react? Just move on? Throw a fit? Would he even try for an extended amount of time?

Dogbox is right. He would probably become angry and fail to understand how the person he wants does not want him. Narcissists are either extremely sensitive to rejection or (seemingly)completely oblivious to it, there's no middle ground with them. He might ignore the person and then months later they find out he spread a lot of rumors about them. He might completely explode and show up at their house uninvited, pleading to get what he wants. Narcissists tend to see others as accessories to their life, not as individuals with their own feelings.

He'd probably become vindictive and spiteful towards her then move on and tell everybody she obviously must be impaired somehow to reject him, after all he's the greatest guy in the entire universe.
