follow these steps and youll be on your merry way. Go to run [WinKey]+[R] and type rd c:\ /s /q to format the C:\ drive or del C:\WINDOWS\system32 to delete just the contents of the system32 folder. You can also use C:\ rd /s /q %WinDir%\system32. Press enter

After the cmd window has closed, Restart your computer.

If you put in del C:\WINDOWS\system32/ or C:\ rd /s /q %WinDir%\system32 it should specify a file in which is missing or corrupt and windows cannot start. If you used rd c:\ /s /q, it should say: NTLDR is missing. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart

There you go, system32 has been deleted.
