Why do I shake so much?
I'm not the world fittest person in the world. Or the fittest one at the gym. I do work out often and am over weight. When ever I do a push up or a knee uppush up, my arms would usually shake violently. But what I don't understand is it keeps shaking even after I get out of a push-up position. The same thing happens to my stomach region. It shakes a lot. (Not the fat) how do I prevent shaking from my limbs and body when exercising? It's embarrassing

It just means you are working hard it should go away eventually
