Actually yes. It's call the Warrant Officer Flight Training program or WOFT. It is very very competitive and I've known many who have tried for a couple of years to get accepted. Once you get accepted though you are promised flight training after you finish basic training and warrant officer candidate school. You will not get to pick which airframe you are going to fly in your army career. That's the short verson so if you want more information look for some army aviation forums out there. There is some out there that will help you with knowing the process.
Mike and Princess don't know what they are talking about.
You will not be flying fixed wing aircraft. Sometimes you will be cross trained to fly fixed wing on occasion for temporary assignments

that's no longer actual, the army, Air tension, army, Marines, and Coast look after ALL fly helicopters. besides the indisputable fact that the army and the Marine Corp are the only 2 branches that have an excellent form of try against helicopters. an excellent form of the rotary wing plane in the different provider hands are used for transportation, and seek/rescue

No, the Army won't train you. They will just give you a helicopter that cost $20 million and if you don't crash it in your first 10 flights they will give you your pilots wings.

Yes, they will... you generally will learn to fly a fixed wing aircraft first, and you have to be one of the better candidates to fly for the army.

Not unless you're the future president son of a CIA director and choose to sign up to the Texas National Air Guard during the next Vietnam.
