Did I eat to much today?

Breakfast: 3/4 cup of fiber one cereal (90 calories)

Apple

Lunch: grilled chicken on rye bread with jalepeno peppers lettuce and mustard

Snack: 1/2 pound canteloupe

Dinner: edamame, 9 pieces of sashimi and a small garden salad (small ones that places give on side)

Desert: yogurt (140 cal)

    NO.

    too much would be,

    breakfast: 3 eggs with lots of bacon, pancakes with chocolate sirup

    lunch: barbecue ribs with mashed potatoes, two burgers and a pickle

    snack: bag of chips with nacho cheese

    dinner: half a chicken from KFC with macaroni and cheese,

    Desert: a piece of chocolate cake and a milkshake
