Using just addition, subtraction, multiplication and division how can you get the answer 24 from the numbers 5, 6, 7, and 8. You can only use the numbers one time.

    (8-6) x (5+7) = 24

    Assuming you can use parentheses then you could just do 6*(5-8+7) = 6*4 = 24
