    I. Satan....2 Cor 4:4 states that the god of this system of things (aka Satan) has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through.

    He always seems to talk to us through his batshit insane followers instead of just speaking to us himself. That creates a credibility issue. He could at least send out a Tweet or something. People will start to think the guy doesn't exist.

    Secondly it is the sinful heart that is by far the biggest obstacle and your list is only various manifestations of that.
