I've attempted self harm?

three times. never once pricked blood.

    Is been cutting and I've done it 4 times already started a month ago. What helps me a ton is listening to music so it takes my mind off of my horrible thoughts. Go try to experiment with stuff like doing sports, activities, or other things and see if they will take your mind off of it. Mostly when I cut its late and I'm tired so get a good amount of sleep and good luck ;)

    stop before it gets to be an addiction/dependency. Talk to someone about why you feel the need to self harm. Take up a hobby to do when you feel the need to self harm.
