I'm making assumptions due to very little in the way of details. It is on your property? You know or Knew when it was parked there? You haven't been in contact with the owner in years? You just want it gone? OR/ You think it might be worth something and you want to sell it, or use it?
First you have to document good faith attempts to contact the owner. (Registered letters etc.) Then you must show that you are not in a bailment situation. Then you either have to go to court (possibly small claims) or apply to the AZGFD (Game and Fish Division) for an abandoned boat registration. That can take a few weeks to a year or more.
AZ is a registration state.

circulate to a solicitor (legal expert in u.s.) and ask suggestion. you assert the boat has been on your land for 5 years, has the owner paid you any lease for utilising your land? you need to ask for around £2600 or $3900 back lease. If the owner has constrained funds and nowhere to maintain the boat he could be greater open to the opportunity of merchandising.
