Tips for my binging problem?

I've been trying to lose my belly pudge and get toned. I try to exercise everyday and eat well and drink lots of water. The thing is, I'm fine ALL day in school with my diet but when I get home I binge every time and it's so hard to stop. :( Any tips...?

By the way, I am in no way fat or 'starving' myself. When I am hungry, I eat. The problem is, I go overboard. Also, even though I have asked my family to keep the junk food out o the house, they continue to buy it and I end up eating it :(

    When you come home from school you are not actually eating food you are eating your emotions. Keep out of the kitchen and practice some healthy mindfulness until dinner time.
