I had my septic tank pump and now theres a gap between the lid any way to fix it?
The Septic is concrete when I try to seal up the gap between the lid it is still the same no matter which direction I turn the lid.

If this is a concrete septic tank with a concrete lid, the lids and openings are not the same on all sides. The lid must be placed on the opening the same position it was designed to fit.
Try re-positioning the lid.
If it is a square lid, lift it off and turn it 90 degrees and set it back into the opening. Repeat until the lid fits best.
Same with a round lid and opening.

If we are talking a tapered edge concrete lid that is really a large square plug, it is hard to get them to go all the way down. If it is part way down, that is good enough. It does not have to be water tight.

Put plastic around the gap then put some dirt over it and it will be fine
