Math help?!?! Circumfrence and diameter?!?!?

Heres the question... Please show work btw

Carol wants to put ribbon around the top and bottom of a circular lampshade. The diameter of the shade is 21 inches.

A) Carol can only buy the ribbon in a whole number of inches. How much total ribbon must she buy???

B) How much will she have to cut off???

    top circumference = pi * diameter = 3.14 * 21 = 63 + 2.1 + 0.84 = 65.94 (almost 66)

    bottom circumference = pi * diameter = 3.14 * 21 = 66

    A) 66 + 66 = 132

    B) A teensy weensy bit.
