Did you haver have so much to think about, that you couldn't fall asleep?

Well, it's 5:40 AM here, and I haven't been able to fall asleep. I have been in bed since 12:30 AM. I have watched episode after episode, movie after movie. The scary part? This is the sixth day in a row. Because of the lack of sleep, my memory and thinking is especially bad. I fall asleep during the day for an hour or so, and when I wake up I'm like "huh... I did this today..?"

I have a lot going on, and things are going well. But, I feel like at any minute, everything could unravel, and that this good feeling will turn into despair. I can't stop thinking.

Your anxiety has turned to insomnia. Had it once for months. It was horrible. Had to see the doctor who prescribed me some pills that made me unconscious.

There is a youtube video on The price of invulnerability.

Most of us self sabotage ourselves. There will always be up and down.

Try to self hypnotize and if you can't, go to bed and try the next day.
