Why is Facebook charging me a $1.00 to send a message to someone thats not on my friend list?

    You can choose another option to send to their "other" folder - for free. They will have to click their messages tab though and it won't notify them unless they click the messages tab. Normally new messages show up under the notification globe, but you must click message to viem messages sent to your "other" folder.

    Because they are money-hungry and it's not enough revenue that they get from the millions upon millions of dollars from advertising. The world will never change, because greed is the only snake that cannot be tamed.
