how to jailbreak iphone 4s running ios 6.1.3?
just wondering if their is an untethered jailbreak out there for the iphone 4s. if not, then how can i downgrade the ios version so that i can do it?
please dont post answers like: it will void your warranty... Dont do it... etc.

You can't (yet at least)
In a recent update, Apple is only signing off updates on it's device to only allow them to update to 6.1.3 which blocks users from partially updating to 6.1.2 or downgrading at all. With iOS 7 coming out soon it seems hard to expect a great deal of attention to be given from the jailbreak community, but at the same time i doubt they'd really just leave people that update to 6.1.3 completely boned.
Keep looking though, something will surely come out.
