How can I turn my computer to normal when it got hacked?

I don't know why, but the webcam is turned on even though i turned flutter and those stuff that can turn the camera on off.

btw i have a mac.

My friend told me that maybe a program got downloaded automatically and hackers can track everything i do with that program.

Can somebody tell me how i can solve that problem?

One way to be definitely sure of getting rid of the hacker is to completely re-install your operating system. If you have very important data to safeguard then i suggest you install an anti virus and a spyware to monitor which software is doing all the malicious things. I'd recommend kaspersky complete protection and a good spyware to safe guard your OS. Mostly such things happen through steam files or people who get into your system through steam.
