I would say a drug is anything that alters your sense of reality, or has some sort of physical effect on your body, whether it be literal or mental. This of course includes any recreational drugs, such as marijuana, heroine, etc, but alcohol is also considered a drug because of its effects on the body and mind. Prescription medications are also drugs, however, and can be harmful if used incorrectly or overdosed. Withdrawal is the effects felt by not using drugs if you have for a long time or you do often. It depends on the drug you are withdrawing from, but the typical symptoms are nausea, vomiting, shaking, sweating profusely, possibly racing heartbeat, and possibly hard time breathing. Hope I helped Hun

A drug is something introduced to the body To cause a change in the current status of the body. An example of withdrawal is if a person uses caffeine on a daily basis and then stops they will get a hangover type of Intense headache.
