Run a command prompt. (type CMD in the windows bar)

Type "nslookup" (no quotes) and press enter.

    type "facebook.com" and press enter

You will now be told the IP adress of facebook.com

    type "youtube.com"

You will now be told the IP adress(es) of youtube.com

These should be different. If they are not someone has changed the dynamic name server you talk to.

to fix this change your DNS settings to automatic, or one that you know.

If this is not the case there may be some kind of web browser software redirecting you and you should remove/unistall any untrusted/unwanted tool bars from your browser.
