Is working out 4 times a week enough to lose weight?

I am a 16 year old girl, I lost 20 pounds already just dieting for 2 months, but I started exercising too so I can burn more fat and get toned so I won't be all flabby. I eat 1400 calories a day and workout every other day (4 times a week). I eat 1400 calories a day and workout every other day (4 times a week). I am doing that 30 day shred workout by Jillian Michaels, it's interval training, a combo of cardio, strength and abs. Will I lose weight if I do this, or should I workout 5 days a week?
