I want a fit toned athletic body.?
I want to be a fast runner for my school athletic carnival coming up.
How much running a day should I do for this?
Also i started working my chest and arms for muscle definition so I don't look skinny,for this to get a defined muscular body but not bulky just like a beach body,should I be aiming for the 10-12 rep range or 12-15?
