How to get a fit muscly athletic body and be a fast runner.?

Hey guys so basically I'm a 15 year old who is rather skinny,not really skinny just a flat stomach and I can see my upper abs and some ribs. So il show you guys my workout I do at the moment which targets my chest and arms.And how long should I run everyday for a fast running and athletic body?assuming I have a good diet?
This is my workout-
Arm workout
Bicep curls-
10 pushups-4 sets
5 chinups-3 sets
1st set-12 reps
2nd set-10 reps
3rd set-10 reps
4th set-8 reps
Hammer curls-
1st set-6 reps
2nd set-5 reps
3rd set-5 reps
4th set-4 reps
One arm tricep extensions-
10 reps-3 sets
Seated bicep curls
1st set-6 reps
2nd set-5 reps
3rd set-4 reps

Chest workout-
10 push ups-3 sets
Dumbell press normal grip-10 reps-4 sets
Dumbell press hammer grip-10 reps-4 sets
Dumbell press normal grip alternating arms-8 reps-3 sets
Dumbell press wide arm spread normal grip-10 reps-3 sets
So yea how much running a day to be a fast runner?
