can i lose 22 pounds(10 kgs) in 2 months?

i wanted to lose weight so i started taking control of my diet. i play table tennis for around 2 hours each day. i lost 3 kgs. i am 14 and i want to lose weight in the summer vacation. i am joining swimming, basketball and cycling each day for around one hour. i eat fruits in breakfast and lunch. ill eat healthy.. is it possible then that i will lose around 10 kgs of weight? i weigh 65 kgs and am 5'4.

    You might. But I think you may really be asking if you can look great by summer, and that is very likely. Muscle weighs more than fat, but looks tone and fit. Keep doing what you are doing and make sure you cut down on simple carbs and fats (sugars, fried foods etc.). For extra help, look into using the internet to find social groups to cheer you on (see Using Social Science to Improve Your Health on Kindle). Check out Weight Watchers. Good luck!

    Yes you can lost 10 kgs in 2 months, if your are going through above mentioned plan , you can easily achive your target !!

    just stick yo your plan , and exercise !!
