What do you think of my lunch? Like is it weird? Healthy? Unhealthy? Gross? Just tell me what you think. Asian Chicken salad with whole wheat crackers and topped with 1/2 TB mayonnaise

and 1/2 cup of fruit cocktail.
I might put the tomatoes in my salad too. Been trying to look up different healthy meal ideas.
It comes to about 472 calories, 64 gm of carbs, 11 gm fat, and 36 gm protein.

I might even eat this for dinner too lol. I like simplicity. I really don't like cooking (can't cook lol unless you count putting something in the microwave lol) and planning.
