I don't know and neither will anyone else.
There are a million different things to consider w/ a classic car that affect the value and there is no way we can give you a value based on a one sentence description or really any kind of text description. As always this is a real lousy place to ask for values on stuff we can't see and really have no control over.

When talking restored there are several different class of restoration (amature, professional and they should have saved the money and not touched it). While NADA is a guideline there are better publications out there for restored classics.
I only have access to NADA prices:
Prime 33930 dollars
Average 22230 dollars
Low 9550 dollars.
Some are worth more- other less. For example a 65 that came with a six is not worth as much as one that came stock with a 8. The Hipo 289 stock is worth more. Then there is the question of is that a real 289 hi-po or a beefed up stock 289 (It might be a 302 in 289 paint). Transmissions also have a bearing on price, level of interior and several other factors.

What engine? What transmission? Which interior trim? What options? GT model? Sprint? Indy 500 model? Special order color? Is it a true 65 or really a 64 1/2?
