Others might have a better knowledge on fading dark marks, my answer will just be for acne,
I will be straight forward and very brief,
I also had acne, through my experience, this is my suggestions,
1. Wash your pillow every 2 weeks or whenever you think it is getting dirty.
2. Say goodbye to hot showers, use the normal water temperature, naturally its cold.
3. Do not wash your face, yes do not wash your face, if you are going to wash your face, just use water, yes just water, using the normal water temperature.
I know that it sounds like it is going to cause acne,
however it is up to you to believe or not.
