three words hun.... stress
you are not a robot and can not do everything and are not responsible for everything.
you sound run down and under pressure.
OCD has a lot to answer for in it's contribution to all of this.
you need to off load a bit. if you can not change the work situation so that things are slightly less strenuous,can you delegate at all? ( i know that's not always easy with OCD)
make a section of time each evening that is just for you to do some relaxation yoga (easy to follow tips and poses are available on line) then relax in a warm bath!
during the day when you are feeling stressed,just slow down a bit and keep focusing on your relaxation time in the evening.something to look forward to.
try to train yourself into accepting that you can not get everything perfect all the time and the rest of the world will have to accept it. (after all,they are not perfect either.)
over time,it will get easier and come more naturally.
