U substitution help please !?

Evaluate the integral of

x (e^(3x^2) dx

by making the substitution u = 3x^2.

    u = 3x^2

    du = 6x dx

    1/6 du = xdx

    Integral 1/6 e^u du = 1/6 e^u = 1/6 e^(3x^2) + constant

    Let u = 3x^2

    du = 6x dx

    (1 / 6 ) du = dx

    int [ (1 / 6)e^u du ]

    = ( 1 / 6 ) int [ e^u du ]

    = (1 / 6)e^u + C

    = ( 1 / 6)e^(3x^2 ) + C
