Here's the thing, I've always said and recommended to not use a night guard, maybe in the meantime, but here is why: Night guards don't solve your problem, (teeth grinding), they only put a cover over it. What i always recommend is therapy. Find out the source of this teeth grinding. It's usually nerves. But it can be subconsciously, emotionally or just a really bad habit. Since how long has it been..on what night did you start grinding your teeth? You might not know, but it can very well come from your subconscious memory. Therapy. Because, other than that, you will always wear your night guard, and will never have a true solution to your problem, so that you can put it in the past. A lot of people usually recommend night guards right it's the first thing they jump for, but let's try and promote a REAL problem solver people. Let it be known.
