My sisters homework is to make rocks out of melted sugar.?
Her teacher had said it will be clear, but we have made it twice and both times it is a Carmel color it is due tomorrow and I told her she would get an A but I feel bad because it is not how her teacher said it will be. Her teacher gave her a recipe it says melt 1/2 cup of sugar in saucepan on med while the greased pan cools in freezer the when all the way melted poor on pan and cool in freezer. We did that and it did not go clear it s a Carmel color. Thank you so much if you could leave a recipe for it or tell me what I am doing wrong or a web address wold be great. I do NOT want the string one her teacher did not wan that!!! THX!!
