    If it's broken as in physically broken, you say "O meu telemóvel partiu-se".

    If it's just broken as in it doesn't work, say "O meu telemóvel está avariado".

    telemóvel = cell phone

    telefone = home phone, if you're talking about a home phone, say "telefone" instead of "telemóvel"

    Raquel's answer is fine. But if it's brazilian Portuguese you're thinking of, then say «celular» instead of «telemóvel».
