Example Free Speech: Schenck v United States 249 U.S. 47 ( 1919), Oliver Wendell Holmes writing the majority opinion "No right is absolute. You have no right to create a panic by yelling 'fire' in a crowded theater, unless, of course, there is a fire."
There is a fine line that is never resolved between the autonomy of the individual and society's need for order. If everybody got to act the way they want with no regard to the impact of their actions on their neighbors. The result woulc be called either anarchy or chaos. If there is absolute order with little autonomy, well China comes to mind.
