What could the U.S. do with an extra billion dollars or so?

This year, the U.S. government will again fail to collect billions of dollars in taxes fro corporations and wealthy individuals who have moved their income into tax havens.

Some of that money resides in well-known offshore destinations such as the Cayman Islands, but a significant chunk of is also hidden within America. Thanks to the legal frameworks various states, the country has come to be considered a major shelter for other people’s money, with states like Delaware and Wyoming taking the lead.

Waste it, like it does with most of the rest of the money it confiscates.

It's hard to get upset about the wealthy dodging some taxes when they're paying nearly all the taxes anyway.

We already bailed out GM with tax money! They went Communist with Clinton and Obama! How can one pay workers $2.50 an hour and go belly up! Obviously the Communist leadership took it with approval from Obama!
