I need to correct this sentence. should account department be capitalized?

In this case, the Accounting Department is a proper noun and should be capitalized.
I might also suggest hyphenating "under-carpet".
here's my finished product:
"Suppliers and consultants estimate that an under-carpet wiring system for the Accounting Department would cost approximately $50,000."
