Actually the State of Maryland is now taxing the rain that falls on your property. I believe it is more for money via a tax than for the reasons they give. They are not well meaning either.

Having the name Barbarian should not limit you to ignorance. GM, according to their anger, left the US in some manufacturing to China and Mexico. They said it had to do with worker clean air by law! That was planned by the Democrats. We have no real Democrats and many know this in the Party!

It does not take Socialism to regulate for people! This has always been or we would not be here! I remember back in the late 50's a water system was being put in our city. We were on the edge of the city. Of course the city wanted bucks if the system was designated to go by your home! My Step-Father, an honorable man, objected because we had better water than what the city would provide! He was forced to pay and the threat was they would condemn our well! It meant there would be a lawsuit!

We hated the water they gave and it tasted funny! So much for Socialism forced on people!
