How long do I have to wait if I got a tattoo and want to join the army?

If it is below your wrist or above your neck then you might have to get a waiver.

Be sure to wait 30 minutes before going in the pool or joining the army.

I don't understand what you're trying to say...
If you're asking if you can join the Army with a tattoo, it depends where it is, if it's gang related, or offensive. You might also need a waiver.

Put on a T-Shirt and a pair of boxer shorts.
You do not want to see the tattoo when dressed like this.
NO gang related or sexually related or drug related tattoo's.
If you have the tattoo, it normally takes 90 days for them to heal. When the doctor gives you the exam he is looking for scab's or any sign it is not healed.
Nothing on your hands, lower arm's, calves, neck or face. No piercings.....

However long it takes you to get from the tattoo parlor to the recruiter's office. Unless of course it's visible or offensive. Then, never.
