    calculate the two energies , subtract to find the change

    gravitational potential energy is ___ m * g * h

    ___ this is converted to kinetic energy when the object falls

    ___ 1/2 * m * v^2 = m * g * h ___ v = √(2 * g * h)

    plug in the height(s) to find the speed(s)

    plug in the speed to find the height
