For the workforce to be unionized-
Contracted to the private sector, and not vice versa, for profit shares rather than flat wages.
Tax transparency and equal rights; including gay marriage as this age's chief human rights concern.
De-corporatization of the government, and in turn laxer tax penalties on the wealthier class of America. Turned towards resource consumption, among other things, rather than net-wealth.
Nationalization of the banks and important resource companies.
Increased role of unions, and a decreased role of lobbyists in the democratic process.
Rebuttal of unconstitutional acts up until this point, including but not limited to:
The war on drugs.
The war on guns.
The war on food and health transparency.
The surveillance state.
And an IMMEDIATE trial of all heads of state and state departments for their war crimes, unconstitutional actions up until this point, and any offenses committed against the country as a whole- including disinformation and dishonesty, aggression or conspired aggression against demonstrators nationally and abroad, their role in destabilizing allegedly 'unfriendly' countries as well as using 'proxy-states' and groups for their own interests abroad. Politicians should be held as accountable as anybody else and subject to penalties, if not liquidation, while working for the state.
A fundamental re-working of the statist two-party system, tax and labor policies, government subsidies, and welfare. Changes at the hands of those willing to participate.
Immediate actions should not be demonstrated through the current political system. In both directions it works against those who want to bring change. Non-political, parallel institutions functioning for the community, rather than the state, should be established and utilized locally and regionally based off of citizen participation.
If all else fails, the democratic system should still remain open for change. As we all know that progress in never ending, in any field, and should not be cut off in our generation. The right to live how you choose and trade freely is unquestioned, and we should not have a government strong enough to challenge that.
And that'd be a good start.
