I don't know.... what do non-vegans say about the high lectin content in beans/pulses and the other sources of it?

I would say that since non-vegans eat beans, cereal grains, seeds, nuts, and potatoes, you would find a better representation from responses gathered from another forum.

Edit - funny, my friend with colitis was not encouraged to eat animal products exclusively... different doctors... different strategies.. like every other issue in the world
