Waltham... I don't know about any mall with a pool. Rents are good. If you are looking to purchase, it is about the least expensive housing market practically Boston. That you would be able to trip to Boston in about 25-30 mins on a good day. Commuter teach goes correct through the city (2 stops). We have now two schools (Bentley and Brandeis). Low taxes with all ordinary metropolis services. All manufacturer new elementary schools and renovated middle schools. Two parochial faculties. Gann Academy which is a company new Jewish excessive university. 4 Catholic churches. We've got obtained Fios (high pace web/digital cable). Plenty of firms on 128/95. I might go on but see for yourself.

For a young adult, the closer to Boston the better. There are many nice towns outside the city, but a young adult may find them too quiet and boring. But it also depends on what you can afford.

Move to a place like Lynn or Holyoke, I hear they're very safe.
