As soon as the fluttery feeling starts, I take my herbal anti anxiety tablet and it works pretty straight away.
Normally, I get through anxiety attacks by being active and talking reason to myself, so that I can override the feeling, and often times, this does work.
But currently, I have a health issue I am contending with and my anxiety is on the top rung of the ladder and so my tablets are coming in very handy.
The other night, I had a panic attack when I went to bed and so I guess that was why I became anxious last night as I knew it was getting time for me to go to bed, and I just was frightened of this feeling again, so I took my anti anxiety tablets and Kalms too and thankfully, did not have an attack.
Because of what is happening to me at the moment, I feel that my life has been turned upside down and so with the suggestion from my husband, I wrote out my activities for the next day and again thankfully due to a long memory, this morning, despite feeling that horrible anxious feeling ie another day of struggling with my ailment . (I have blocked sinuses and my sense of smell has vanished with my taste buds). I reasoned that I do cope but I guess it is a struggle and that is all I could see, then I remembered what I wrote to start my day, and amazingly, it worked!
I do not rely on anything chemical because they just add to problems!
