You have a trojan / mailware on your PC , DO nnot download or install the WebsiteUnlocker.exe or you will be in worse trouble .
Your HOST file has been altered and to fix and get rid of the trojan simply follow the easy steps in either of theses sites :
If your blocked from those links try these mirror links :
Or Fix it now :
1 Ensure Your Data is BACKED UP!
2 Fix HOSTS File by downloading and running the Microsoft Fix It utility : http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9668866
( Install the Fix It utility like you would a normal program. Click Next to allow the utility to automatically repair your HOSTS file. That’s it! )
3 Download And Run Additional Removal Software , MalwareBytes : http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware...
And you should be good to go again :D

The thing that's doing that is a virus. Run Malwarebytes or something.

you have downloaded some sort of virus or malware, whatever you do dont download that file they are asking you to download, it is an executable file and you have no idea what is in it, probably more viruses , get a good antivirus and antimalware , update them and scan your pc, preferably in safe mode

Maybe you should be paying attention to your classes rather than trying to usurp their web access policies. From what I just read that you posted, I don't understand why you even show up for classes. They aren't doing you any good.
