Why do some people rock when they're sitting?

It's soothing to me. I rock in chairs and sway when I stand still. It's just calming, and helps my thoughts flow. It's just a habit I suppose!

My meds make it impossible for me to stay still. Even the antiparkinsons meds don't stop it. It's EPS extra pyramidal symptoms
