Need help? dont know whats going on:(?

So I'm 53 days late on my period and I went to the doctor and had blood work done..I'm not pregnant and they checked my overies and they said they looked healthy...what could be going on?

Stress can sometimes cause a delay or a missed period. That happened to my wife not too long ago and thats what the doctors ruled it to be.

As a secondary question, why was this asked in a Music section?
